Our work is handcrafted to very precise tolerances and must be kept within the range of 40-60% relative humidity at all times. Failure to do so may cause inoperability or permanent damage.
Please read the Caring for Wood Puzzles guide to ensure proper fit and operation. We recommend occasional polishing with Renaissance Wax to keep wood puzzles in top condition.

De Kas is a very challenging ten piece burr puzzle by Alfons Eyckmans. Four eight unit burr pieces interlock with two larger board pieces and four congruent smaller board burr pieces zig-zagging inbetween to make a very unique final shape. The design is in a similar style of Alfons' puzzles we have made in the past, specifically Spiral and Steps. With a level 24.2.2.2.2.2.2.2.4 disassembly alone is a tough task with a few dead ends towards the start. The puzzle was made from a very nicely sourced board of Canarywood with great amount of figure and color tone. Paired with either dark Wenge or bright Padauak board pieces to give an excellent contrast. Fit and function are very good for a puzzle this complex, pieces must be properly aligned and no excessive force is needed. 65 copies are available for this release, each signed and dated. De Kas ships in the assembled configuration. |

We are excited to work with another new designer Tyler Hudson for this release. Parasitic Burr is an eight-piece burr in the disguise of a traditional six-piece burr shape, done in an ingeniously simple way. Six standard burr pieces interlock around two identical tetracube pieces which are hidden inside the belly of the final assembly. The unique solution is an approachable level 3, and figuring out the correct placement of the smaller inside pieces makes it a very fun assembly puzzle. Look out for more of Tyler's burr designs in upcoming months. Construction was made in two different wood species varieties. One made from a dense and figured board of Jatoba with Ash internal pieces, and the other with Maple, Purpleheart and Jatoba burr pieces with Black Limba internal pieces. 63 copies are available for this release, each signed and dated. Parasitic Burr ships in a disassembled configuration. |

One Match Left is a new three piece framed burr by Jorgos Anastasou. It is our first time working with Jorgos and we plan to bring more of his great interlocking designs to our future releases. The puzzle is a moderately difficult level 6.7.2 disassembly challenge, and with a unique solution reassembly is fun to determine the position of the small match piece trapped inside the seven unit burr pieces and frame. 66 copies are available for this release, each signed and dated. One Match Left ships in an assembled configuration. |
