Customer Service Philosophy

This will be a short post. I just want to publicly state that my customer service philosophy is this: if we make a mistake, we make the customer so whole that even if we make another mistake, they don’t care. Not that we plan to, but it’s best to be sure. Everyone is important and deserves the best effort we can possibly give.
