We have no control over the delivery of a package once it is in the hands of the carrier, and are not responsible for delays or delivery failures by any postal authority or private carrier. If a delivery can not be completed and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional postage required for a subsequent delivery attempt.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Cubicdissection is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
If you choose parcel shipping and the packages is lost, we are not liable. Cubicdissection strongly recommends tracked shipping for orders.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Cubicdissection is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Cubicdissection to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Cubicdissection is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Should Cubicdissection mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

Finally, Cubicdissection shall in any case only be held liable for the declared value of the item shipped.
International Parcel service is not tracked and Cubicdissection can not be held liable for lost packages. Priority Mail shipping is recommended as it carries with it full tracking, and postal agencies will be better able to locate your package should it be misrouted.
If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
Postage is expensive! As a service to our customers we offer the option to hold orders for combined shipping at a later date.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The final shipping cost of combined orders is unknown. Therefore we collect full postage for each order. When held orders are combined and shipped we return payment for any excess postage. The payment is processed as a refund to your most recent order.
HOW DO I ASK YOU TO HOLD MY ORDER?
If you would like your order held, select “Hold order for combined shipping at a later date” during checkout.
HOW DO I ASK YOU TO SHIP MY COMBINED ORDERS?
When you are ready for us to combine held orders and ship them, select “Ship this order now”. We will then search your order history, combine all items into one package, mail the shipment and process your refund.
You may also have held orders shipped without placing a new order by sending us an email.
