Tenchi is a brilliant anti-gravity packing puzzle named after a Japanese word that translates to both "Sky" and "Land," the goal is to pack the pieces into the frame so that the puzzle can be lifted and rotated without any part falling out.

The number of potential assemblies can be intimidating and threatened to keep this one in my solving backlog for a long time. But after a very reasonable logical aha, you'll find the number of possibilities drop sharply to achieve the intended goal! Spent at least a couple days on and off so close I could taste the coming victory. :)
This puzzle is gorgeous and well made, my only confusion is that the goal of the puzzle is not clear. On this page it is stated that the puzzle needs to be "rotated" without any piece falling out. But rotated how? Every possible way? On the piece of paper that came with the puzzle it says it must be "rotated upside down". This is a bit clearer, but having solved the puzzle I can see that it is not entirely accurate either. Puzzle will be played describes it as "antislide for up and down direction" which is the most accurate description of the goal.
A real mind twister. I figured out where the pieces need to go....just gotta figure out how to get them there! Genius design and masterfully crafted as always.
