|PRODUCED:||Approximately 12 Copies|
|MATERIAL:||Purpleheart / Maple / Lacewood|
|COMMENTS:||This 13 piece interlocking burr puzzle was published in the magazine Soumen Kuvalehti number 11 in 1926. It has a very interesting look to it, which is primarily why I decided to make it. There are 2 possible solutions, both very similar. Despite its not being a high level puzzle, the solution is surprisingly tricky, probably because of its unusual shape. Made with fine and exotic hardwoods, the construction of this puzzle is very precise, and it is a pleasure to solve and look at.
Thank you to ISHINO Keiichiro for posting it on his site and to Matti Linkola for discovering the magazine.
Each puzzle is signed and dated. 12 were made for sale.
