|MATERIAL:||Holly and Marblewood|
Aleksandr has been coming up with some unique dsigns lately, and since we here at cubicdissection like to be trendy, we decided to get on the bandwagon and make some of them. His "Galaxy" series really caught my eye with its non-traditional shape and interesting movements. While Galaxy 1 is only level 4, it's tricker than you think due to all the horizontal pieces being the same wood. The solver knows that the pure white holly piece is centered vertically, but arranging the marblewood pieces in the spiral shape is quite the challenge! I had to charge a bit more for this puzzle because of the expensive woods used, but I think you'll agree it was worth it...the holly and marblewood contrast each other beautifully!
Construction of this puzzle is amazing! Fit is excellent, with just enough play and a satisfying click each time you find a correct move.
