May 2020 Update

Lots of news!

We've finally recovered from the HexTrios error and they are ready for shipment. The revised product is an improvement over the original design; internal braces were added to stabilize and strengthen the puzzle.

Our full lineup for this update includes:
  • HexTrios by Fuller/Dawson
  • Grooved Three Piece Burr by Kouki Kusumi
  • Geneva by William Hu
  • Rupture by Alexander Magyarics
  • 4L by Yasuhiro Hashimoto
New puzzles may be viewed in the Newly Released section of the site.

We have a new website! Thanks to a ton of work by Andrew Coles, the new site boasts improved navigation, a new shopping cart, and other upgrades.

Our first Raffle is this month. One copy each of HexTrios and 205 Minutes have been allocated. Tickets are $10 each and the number is capped so that the total amount collected is less than the price of the puzzle: this is intended to give collectors a chance to own puzzles normally out of their reach. The raffle appears as a separate item in the Newly Released section. Please read the terms, as those who purchase the puzzle outside the raffle are ineligible.

Due to the uncertainty and restrictions with USPS shipping, we have added DHL for international orders. International Parcel shipping with USPS is very slow at the moment, with many parcels being sent via surface transportation. We urge international customers who want full tracking to use USPS Priority or DHL moving forward.

The next Marketplace event begins on June 14th. Don't forget to get your listings finished before that time!

Finally, we are almost finished migrating the old archive pages onto our ecommerce platform. Once complete, our entire back catalog will be searchable. This has been a long time coming and a ton of work, and we hope you find it useful.

Cheers,

Eric and the CD team
