Hip-Flask is Felix Ure's widely anticipated second design, following his very successful Titan take-apart puzzle. Described as a fiendishly challenging, multi-stage, sequential discovery puzzle, the goal is to remove the lid from the flask.
Machined from solid brass, Hip-Flask measures 72mm in height and weighs 750g or approximately 1.5 lbs. The brass is left unfinished, leaving it to slowly patinate and darken with use. Difficulty: 7/10

Eric has a great site and super service along with great products!
Felix makes awesome puzzles. Their not easy at all and their fun to learn every move step by step. Super heavy duty and looks great on the shelf. Furthermore, they people at Cubicdissection are on the ball. Great communication, very satisfied.
Got this as a birthday gift to myself. Was the first expensive puzzle I bought and can say I can see why it is expensive. Even though it took me roughly around 5ish hours to solve over the span of two days. Drawing diagrams and solving it felt great and rewarding.
Have it sitting on an old white marble trophy stand. I recommend cutting some cloth that you would clean glasses with so the brass doesn't directly sit on the marble to prevent scratching. Really looks nice!
