I received my product and it was defective/damaged.

If your product is defective or damaged upon receiving it, please refrain from using the product any further, and take pictures from multiple angles that capture the product in the state you received it in as well as the point of damage/defect. Send your photos in an email to info@cubicdissection.com along with your order number, and a brief description of the defect or damage to the product. We will return your email with more information on your product, and how to ship a return if necessary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our plan to address the issue, whether it be a replacement product or a refund.
