I purchased a product in the past and it is now damaged or defective; can you repair or replace it?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty with your product! To help us identify and address your concerns, please follow these steps;  this way we will be able to provide you with the best solution.

First, we will need a few images of the puzzle itself, so we can see what you see. Please take a few photos from different angles so that we can identify and understand what the cause may be.

Second, we need to know a little more about your puzzle collection storage and humidity control. Please provide us with photos of your collection storage and the hydrometer reading for your environment. This step is to ensure we have a full understanding of the environment you store your puzzles, so we can better assist your needs.

Finally, please reach out to info@cubicdissection.com with the necessary information, as well as a brief description of what has happened to the product. Once we have this information, we will pass on the details to our shop foreman for assessment. We will then make a resolution plan for your specific circumstances. If we need more clarification, we may come back and ask a few more questions.
